With over 25 years’ experience as a global HR professional, Elsie Akinsanya offers one-to-one executive coaching grounded in real leadership experience. She is a fully qualified executive coach, working with professionals who are navigating leadership, transition and increased responsibility at pivotal moments in their careers.
Having spent much of her career in executive leadership roles within blue-chip financial services organisations, Elsie brings first-hand understanding of the realities of senior decision-making. Over the past decade, her work has focused on supporting individuals stepping into leadership positions and engaging with teams and the C-suite with clarity, confidence and authenticity.
