ABOUT

With over 25 years of experience as a global HR professional, I am also a fully qualified executive coach, passionate about coaching for transformation and impact whilst remaining authentic. Over the past decade, my focus has been to coach individuals transitioning into leadership positions and to connect with their teams and c-suite courageously and authentically.


After spending most of my career in blue-chip Financial Services firms in Executive Leadership positions, I have first-hand experience of the journey and leveraging my global HR strengths, I can support my clients effectively on their journey to the C-level.  Those who have benefitted from my coaching expertise include medical professionals, general counsels, CFOs, and board and executive directors.


Until May 2022, I was a Managing Director and Global Head of HR at Citibank, responsible for over 2500 employees in 90+countries globally. In addition, as a member of the Executive Committee, I was a trusted advisor to the CEOs and senior leadership of the businesses I supported. Most recently, I was the HR Head for Emerging Markets, responsible for 29 countries across Africa and the Middle East. Prior to Citi, I worked for Fidelity International and Quintiles, among other firms.


I have a Masters degree in Human Resources Management; a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and a certified coach. In addition, I was named as a top 100 Ethnic Minority Role model for two consecutive years.


In addition to providing HR consultancy services, I am now focused on providing executive coaching services for individuals as they progress in their career journey, specifically as they transition to senior executive and board roles.
